What You'll Do
As the Business Unit Head, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing innovative strategies, and fostering strong client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing business strategies to grow the agency's market share by 25% within 18 months, with a strong focus on sales and market expansion.
- Driving revenue growth and profitability through effective commercial leadership and business development initiatives, including the development of a robust pipeline of new business and growth opportunities.
- Fostering and deepening relationships with key clients, aiming for a 10% increase in client retention and satisfaction annually through personalized and strategic account management.
- Partnering with the Chief Creative Officer to ensure innovative and effective creative solutions support commercial objectives, and driving organic growth across existing client portfolios through strategic account expansion.
- Identifying market opportunities and strengthening Dentsu Creative's competitive positioning, while promoting innovative and integrated marketing solutions that deliver measurable value for clients.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. We are looking for someone with:
- A strong sales acumen, with a proven track record in digital marketing and business growth, as well as exceptional client relationship management and strategic account management abilities.
- Strong commercial and financial management capability, with proficiency in using tools for sales tracking, resource productivity, and business performance management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to balance commercial objectives with creative excellence and operational effectiveness.
- Experience leading client service teams with a focus on operational excellence and revenue growth, as well as demonstrated success in client acquisition, retention, and relationship management.
