Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Platform Management

The successful candidate will:

  • Manage and optimize company e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.

  • List, update, and maintain product information across all digital sales channels.

  • Ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability remain accurate and up to date.

  • Monitor online merchandising to maximize product visibility and sales.

Online Sales and Revenue Growth

Key duties include:

  • Develop and execute online sales campaigns to increase revenue.

  • Implement promotional activities to boost customer acquisition and retention.

  • Monitor product performance and recommend strategies for improving sales.

  • Support business growth through effective digital commerce initiatives.

Customer Experience Management

  • Tracking campaign effectiveness and recommending improvements.

  • Contributing to customer acquisition and brand awareness efforts.

Data Analysis and Reporting

The successful candidate will:

  • Analyze online sales performance and customer behavior.

  • Track website traffic, conversion rates, and digital campaign results.

  • Prepare regular performance reports and business insights.

  • Monitor competitor activities and emerging e-commerce trends to support strategic decision-making.

Stakeholder and Marketplace Management

Professional Experience
