Job Summary
The Medical Officer will be responsible for administering and managing the organization's medical and dental healthcare programs while ensuring employees receive quality healthcare services.
The successful candidate will work closely with management, clients, and other stakeholders to support medical operations and maintain compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
Medical Services Administration
Primary responsibilities include:
Managing and administering the organization's medical and dental healthcare plans.
Providing professional medical support and healthcare guidance.
Supporting employee health and wellness initiatives.
Ensuring accurate medical documentation and reporting.
Communication and Stakeholder Coordination
The Medical Officer will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective healthcare service delivery.
Key duties include:
Communicating professionally and confidentially on sensitive medical matters.
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, internal departments, and senior management.
Preparing medical reports and maintaining accurate records.
Providing timely updates and recommendations to management.
Administrative and Operational Support
Responsibilities include:
Organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
Managing healthcare-related administrative processes.
Utilizing computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
Ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Applicants should possess:
A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from a recognized and accredited institution.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant pre-medical or biological science discipline may be advantageous.

Professional Certifications and Licensing
Candidates must have:
A valid and current license to practice as a Physician or Medical Officer issued by the relevant professional regulatory authority.
Certification in Adult First Aid, CPR, and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training from a recognized provider is highly desirable.
Commitment to participating in Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities as required by professional standards.
Experience Requirements
Applicants should demonstrate:
A minimum of two years of professional experience following completion of residency training in general medicine or family practice.
A strong record of ethical practice with no confirmed history of malpractice or professional disciplinary action.

Work Schedule and Employment Benefits
Working Hours
Minimum of 48 working hours per week.
Standard schedule of 8 hours per day, 6 days per week.

The successful candidate will receive:
