Job Summary
The PA & Communications Assistant Intern will support management with scheduling, project tracking, reporting, correspondence, and administrative coordination. Key Responsibilities
Executive and Administrative Support
Provide administrative and personal assistant support to management teams
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling activities
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical requirements
Monitor project timelines and track deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
Maintain action logs and follow up on outstanding tasks and assignments
Documentation and Reporting
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and official correspondence
Assist in drafting business communications and administrative documents
Maintain accurate records and organized filing systems
Support document management and information tracking processes
Ensure timely preparation and distribution of reports and updates
Communications and Content Creation
Support the development of content for newsletters, blogs, and company communications
Assist in creating website content and digital marketing materials
Draft engaging communication content aligned with organizational objectives
Help maintain consistent messaging across communication channels
Contribute creative ideas for communication and engagement campaigns
Social Media Management
Support the management of company social media platforms
Schedule and publish content across digital channels
Monitor audience engagement and online interactions
Assist in implementing social media communication strategies
Support brand visibility through digital content initiatives
Stakeholder Coordination
Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders
Support relationship management with clients, partners, and service providers
Handle basic inquiries professionally and efficiently
Ensure smooth information flow within the organization
Assist with stakeholder engagement and communication activities
Event and Activity Coordination
Support the planning and coordination of meetings, workshops, and training sessions
Assist with company events and internal engagement activities
Coordinate event logistics and administrative arrangements
Support participant communication and event documentation
Contribute to successful execution of organizational activities
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should possess:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
Working knowledge of Google Workspace tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
