What You'll Do

In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing safety protocols, conducting field audits, and training field teams on safe service systems.

  • Develop and implement Safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work permits, and Job Safety Analysis for all installations, preventive maintenance, and service systems, including chemical handling.
  • Conduct regular field audits to ensure strict adherence to safety SOPs by field teams and provide technical support to sales representatives, resellers, and customers.
  • Train field teams on safe service systems and ensure zero accidents in the field.
  • Provide safety approval for all equipment, including new launches, and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations.
  • Engage in extensive international travel (15-20 days per month) to support sales and service processes.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for safety and innovation.

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Chemical Engineering, with relevant safety and electrical certifications.
  • Have 5-7 years of hands-on experience with electrical systems, earthing/grounding, and safety protocols.
  • Possess excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to work effectively with field teams and customers.
