About the Role
The SME Digital Product Champion plays a vital role within the Business Support Center by managing digital communication channels, engaging customers online, supporting lead generation activities, and enhancing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing and Content Strategy
Develop and implement social media content plans aligned with business goals.
Create engaging content for digital platforms, including:
Social media posts
Graphics
Images
Videos
Promotional content
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
Social Media Management
Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts.
Engage with online communities and respond to customer interactions.
Track social media performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Stay updated on emerging digital trends and platform developments.
Customer Engagement and Support
Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly.
Ensure online customer concerns are addressed within agreed service standards.
Support first-contact resolution of customer inquiries whenever possible.
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments for resolution.
Website and Lead Management
Monitor and track leads generated through the company website.
Ensure timely follow-up and proper lead management processes.
Evaluate lead quality and provide regular performance reports.
Support business development initiatives through digital lead generation.
Intranet and Internal Communications
Maintain and update company intranet content.
Ensure employees have access to accurate and relevant internal information.

Paid Advertising Support
