Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Managing card operations throughout the entire card lifecycle.
Supporting card issuance, authorization, clearing, and settlement processes.
Performing timely reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
Investigating and resolving transaction discrepancies and operational exceptions.
Monitoring and managing suspense accounts.
Ensuring compliance with Visa and Mastercard operational requirements.
