Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the development of integrated data and learning systems that improve data quality and reduce duplication.
Ensuring monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) systems are aligned across organizational entities.
Collaborating with digital, IT, and data teams to implement effective tools, dashboards, and knowledge-sharing platforms.

The Director will:

Professional certification in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL), research methodologies, or evaluation practices.
