Key Responsibilities

Operations and Guest Experience Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort and hospitality facility.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

  • Coordinate activities across accommodation, food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and grounds management.

  • Address guest concerns promptly and ensure effective resolution of complaints.

Event Management and Revenue Growth

  • Coordinate weddings, conferences, corporate functions, family events, and outdoor activities.

  • Drive occupancy rates and event bookings through customer engagement initiatives.

  • Develop relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, travel partners, and community stakeholders.

  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities aimed at increasing revenue.

Team Leadership and Staff Management

  • Supervise operational staff across multiple departments.

  • Prepare work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.

  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance.

  • Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer service excellence.

Financial and Administrative Oversight

  • Monitor operational budgets and control expenses effectively.

  • Oversee procurement activities and inventory management processes.

  • Prepare operational reports and performance updates for management.

Facility Management and Compliance

  • Ensure all facilities, guest areas, and recreational spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

  • Ensure compliance with hospitality industry standards, health regulations, and safety requirements.

  • Monitor service quality across all guest-facing operations.

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements

Candidates should possess one of the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in:

    • Hospitality Management

    • Hotel Management

    • Business Administration

    • Tourism Management

    • Or a related field

OR

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, resort, or event operations management.

  • Experience overseeing multiple operational departments.

  • Strong knowledge of hospitality service standards and guest experience management.

Preferred Experience
