About the Role

The HR Operations Consultant will play a key role in supporting the delivery of HR consulting services across multiple client accounts. The position focuses on operational support, service quality assurance, training coordination, process improvement, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service Delivery and HR Support

  • Support Account Managers in delivering HR consulting services to clients.

  • Provide operational HR guidance on client assignments.

  • Assist in addressing client inquiries and service-related issues.

  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and workforce solutions.

  • Monitor service delivery standards and ensure client expectations are met.

  • Prepare client reports, presentations, and project documentation.

  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of client deliverables.

SOP Compliance and Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all consulting assignments follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Monitor compliance with internal quality standards and service frameworks.

  • Conduct reviews of project documentation and operational processes.

  • Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

  • Promote operational excellence across client-facing activities.

Training and Capacity Building

  • Support training needs assessments for client organizations.

  • Assist in designing and delivering training programs and workshops.

  • Prepare training manuals, presentations, participant guides, and evaluation tools.

  • Coordinate training logistics and participant engagement activities.

  • Support post-training evaluations and reporting.

  • Contribute to organizational development and employee capacity-building initiatives.

Business Development Support

  • Assist in business development and client acquisition activities.

  • Participate in networking events and client engagement initiatives.

  • Support proposal writing, concept note development, and presentation preparation.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and growth opportunities.

  • Contribute ideas for new HR consulting services and training solutions.

  • Support relationship-building efforts with existing and prospective clients.

Internal Coordination and Project Management

  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers and consulting teams.

  • Support project scheduling, planning, and resource coordination.

  • Maintain accurate project records and client documentation.

  • Facilitate communication among consultants, account teams, and stakeholders.

  • Participate in planning meetings and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements

Applicants must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in:

    • Human Resource Management

    • Business Administration

    • Organizational Development

    • Or a related field

Professional Certifications

The following qualifications will be an added advantage:

  • Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K)

  • Membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)

  • Other recognized HR professional certifications

Experience Requirements

Candidates should have:

  • 4–5 years of progressive experience in HR operations or human resource management.

  • Experience supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
