Key Responsibilities

ICT Operations and Technical Support

The successful candidate will:

  • Install, maintain, repair, and monitor ICT equipment and infrastructure.

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to users.

  • Resolve ICT incidents and escalate complex issues when necessary.

  • Ensure the availability, reliability, and optimal performance of ICT systems and services.

  • Deliver technical guidance, user training, and ICT briefings to staff.

ICT Asset and Documentation Management

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate ICT inventories and conducting regular stock checks.

  • Monitoring equipment availability and ensuring sufficient ICT supplies.

  • Preparing helpdesk reports and tracking service performance.

  • Developing and updating technical documentation, installation records, and operating procedures.

Data Analytics and Business Intelligence

The ICT Specialist will:

Internet of Things (IoT) and Emerging Technologies

The role also involves:

  • Designing and supporting IoT solutions for telecommunications, logistics, facilities, security, and operational monitoring.

  • Supporting sensor-based systems and open-source technology platforms.

  • Exploring emerging technologies that can enhance organizational effectiveness.

Collaboration and Capacity Building

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing training, coaching, and technical support on AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.

Professional Experience

Candidates should have:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in ICT, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, or innovation-related roles.
