Job Overview

Position: IT Support & Digital Marketing Officer

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Ebute Metta, Lagos, Nigeria

Salary Range: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Education: BA/BSc/HND, OND, NCE, or equivalent qualification

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing and Content Creation

  • Develop and publish engaging digital content across various platforms.

  • Support marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

  • Create content that aligns with business goals and audience interests.

  • Assist in implementing digital communication strategies.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Optimize website content for improved search engine visibility.

  • Conduct keyword research and SEO performance analysis.

  • Implement on-page SEO best practices.

  • Monitor website rankings and recommend improvements.

Website Maintenance

  • Maintain and update company websites.

  • Ensure website functionality, performance, and user experience remain optimized.

  • Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate fixes when necessary.

  • Support content updates and website improvements.

IT Support Services

  • Provide technical support to staff and customers.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

  • Assist with system maintenance and technology-related tasks.

  • Support smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Customer Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries and technical concerns professionally.

  • Provide guidance and assistance regarding products, services, and digital platforms.

  • Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

  • Maintain a positive customer experience across all interactions.

Educational Requirements

Candidates should possess one of the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BSc)

  • Higher National Diploma (HND)

  • Ordinary National Diploma (OND)

  • National Certificate in Education (NCE)

  • Related professional qualification

Experience Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Practical experience in IT support and troubleshooting.

  • Experience in digital marketing and content creation.

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and website management.

Salary and Benefits

Monthly Salary
