What You'll Do

• You will assist with the administration and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and networks, monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• You will support data analysis initiatives by gathering, organizing, and analyzing data sets, creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights.
• You will provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues, responding to user inquiries, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.
• You will stay updated with the latest technology trends and emerging tools, conducting research and providing recommendations on technology solutions and best practices.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong passion for technology and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• You should have a Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• You should have strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• You should be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to switch roles and responsibilities within the technology team.
• You should have strong organizational and time management skills, with familiarity with a range of technology functions, such as systems administration, help desk support, software development, data analysis, or project coordination.
