What You'll Do

In this role you will be the face of Glantix on the road, guaranteeing that every order reaches its destination efficiently and securely.

• Operate the company‑provided motorbike in a safe and responsible manner while following all traffic laws.
• Pick up orders from the warehouse and deliver them to customers across Nairobi and its surrounding suburbs within the promised time frames.
• Perform routine checks on the motorbike, report any mechanical issues immediately, and keep the vehicle clean and road‑worthy.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, obtain customer signatures, and update the dispatch system in real time.
• Represent Glantix professionally during each interaction, answering basic product questions and reinforcing the brand’s commitment to service excellence.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to coordinate order sequencing and resolve any delivery‑related challenges.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate combines practical riding experience with a strong knowledge of Nairobi’s streets and a commitment to punctuality.

• A current, valid motorcycle driving licence is mandatory.
• At least two years of proven delivery or courier experience operating within Nairobi and its environs.
• Deep familiarity with the city’s major routes, traffic patterns and regulatory requirements.
• A recent Certificate of Good Conduct demonstrating a clean legal record.
• Three professional references who can verify your reliability and work ethic.
• Demonstrated responsibility, punctuality and a safety‑first mindset.
