Position Summary
The Technical Intern will support installation projects, equipment commissioning, customer support activities, and technical operations focused on SME and Enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Installations and Support
Assist with SME and Enterprise customer installations.
Support maintenance and repair activities for technical equipment.
Help ensure installation projects are completed efficiently and according to quality standards.
Participate in equipment testing and commissioning after installation.
Customer Service and Technical Assistance
Provide technical support to customers when required.
Assist in resolving installation and service-related issues.
Support customer satisfaction initiatives through professional service delivery.
Communicate installation progress and project updates to relevant stakeholders.
Project Coordination
Manage installation requests and assigned technical tasks.
Coordinate activities between customers, contractors, and technical teams.
Support project planning and implementation activities.

Equipment Recovery and Maintenance
Assist with equipment recovery and inventory management activities.
Support preventative maintenance and troubleshooting processes.

Minimum Requirements
Educational Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
Telecommunications
Electrical Engineering
Information Technology (IT)
Computer Engineering
Related Technical Disciplines
Experience
At least 6 months of ISP (Internet Service Provider) field installation experience
Additional Requirements
Valid driving license
Willingness to work in field-based technical environments
