What You'll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and retailer awareness through channel visitations and effective management of SSOs and agents.

  • Effectively manage the identification and recruitment of agents, targeting mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail stores to drive sales and growth.
  • Regularly visit SSOs and agents using agreed route plans to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Provide training and delivery of business tools to SSOs and agents, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Develop and maintain merchandising standards by availing merchandising materials at SSOs and agent outlets to promote our client's brand and products.
  • Monitor and enforce stock rules to ensure SSOs and agents have adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales and business development, with a focus on customer satisfaction and growth.

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with at least 1 year of experience in a sales and distribution role in an FMCG or telco environment.
  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to influence and negotiate with SSOs and agents to drive sales growth and performance.
  • Excellent networking and partnership-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with SSOs, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies to drive growth and improvement.
