What You'll Do

As the head of the Hola branch, you will be responsible for driving performance, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring operational compliance.

  • Lead the branch to meet or exceed profitability goals by optimizing revenue streams and controlling expenses.
  • Expand and monitor the branch’s loan and deposit portfolios to align with the bank’s growth targets.
  • Increase the customer base while retaining existing clients through superior service and effective cross‑selling of banking products.
  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and processes run smoothly.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service, guaranteeing that every client interaction reflects the bank’s commitment to excellence.
  • Maintain strict adherence to the Enterprise‑Wide Risk Management Framework and all regulatory requirements.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of banking expertise, leadership acumen, and a customer‑centric mindset.

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline from an accredited university.
  • Formal training in cash management, demonstrating proficiency in handling cash operations.
  • At least eight years of experience in general banking, including a minimum of two years serving as a Branch Manager.
  • Six months or more of hands‑on experience in branch operations covering cash handling, clearing, account management, and administration.
  • Four years of experience in roles such as Personal, Business, or Retail Banking, Sales Management, Credit Management, or Customer Relationship Management.
