Position Summary
The Conveyancing Advocate will be responsible for managing a variety of property-related legal matters, ensuring transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Conveyancing and Property Transactions
Handle residential and commercial property transactions.
Prepare, review, and process conveyancing documents.
Conduct legal due diligence on property transactions.
Manage property transfers, leases, mortgages, and related agreements.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Legal Advisory Services
Provide legal advice on conveyancing and property-related matters.
Support clients throughout the transaction process.
Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with property transactions.
Offer practical legal solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Documentation and Compliance
Draft and review legal contracts and agreements.

Minimum Requirements
Professional Qualifications
Advocate of the High Court of Kenya
Valid and current Practicing Certificate
Experience
Minimum of 5 years post-admission experience
Proven experience working in a busy law firm environment
Strong background in conveyancing and property law matters
