Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition and Onboarding
The selected candidate will:
Acquire and onboard new customers in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements during customer registration.
Educate customers on product usage, top-up procedures, and available service options.
Track adherence to customer acquisition and onboarding service standards.
Sales and Business Development
Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with the Line Manager to develop and implement sales initiatives within assigned territories.
Achieving individual and team sales targets.
Identifying new business opportunities and expanding market coverage.
Providing customer insights to support product and service improvements.
Customer Support and Issue Resolution
The role also involves:
Providing first-level support and resolving customer issues in the field.
Troubleshooting service-related concerns and escalating unresolved matters to relevant teams.
Escalating network-related issues for prompt resolution.
Supporting customer retention through effective issue management.
Device Recovery and Compliance
Successful candidates will:
Follow up on non-compliant customers where necessary.
Support recovery processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Reporting and Market Analysis
The Direct Sales Executive will be expected to:
Compile daily sales performance reports and target achievement updates.
Analyze sales trends and customer behavior within assigned markets.
Prepare dashboards and periodic performance reports.
Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management.
Market Intelligence and Field Marketing
Additional responsibilities include:
Monitoring and reporting competitor activities and market developments.
Planning and executing field marketing initiatives such as:
Roadshows
Estate activations
Mall activations
Community engagement activities
Promoting products and services to increase market penetration and brand awareness.
Educational Requirements
Applicants should possess:
A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field.
Experience Requirements
Candidates should have:
At least 1 year of experience in outdoor sales, field sales, or business development.
Previous experience within the telecommunications industry will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
