Job Overview

The POS & ERP Implementation and Sales Executive will be responsible for training customers, supporting software implementation, promoting business solutions, and assisting clients in maximizing the value of POS and ERP systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers throughout the onboarding process while also identifying new sales opportunities and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Software Training and Implementation

The selected candidate will:

  • Train customers on the effective use of POS and ERP software systems.

  • Conduct software demonstrations, presentations, and product walkthroughs.

  • Support software implementation and onboarding processes.

  • Guide users through system setup and adoption.

  • Provide first-level customer support and troubleshooting assistance.

  • Ensure smooth implementation and user transition to new systems.

Customer Relationship Management

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and support requests.

  • Visiting client premises for software training and support assignments when necessary.

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey.

Sales and Business Development

The role also involves:

  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

  • Assisting in converting prospects into paying customers.

  • Promoting company products and software solutions to potential clients.

  • Following up on leads and business inquiries.

  • Supporting business growth initiatives through proactive client engagement.

Educational Requirements

Applicants should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any of the following areas:
