Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Engagement
The selected candidate will:
Promote and sell MAMLO FOODS products through both physical and digital channels.
Educate customers about product ingredients, nutritional value, health benefits, and product origins.
Share the organization's mission and social impact story to strengthen customer loyalty.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Providing excellent customer service before and after sales.
Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with sales and marketing teams.
Merchandising and Product Display
The Field Sales Officer will:
Maintain visually appealing and organized product displays.
Ensure products remain visible, fresh, and properly stocked.
Monitor product expiry dates and implement proper stock rotation procedures.
Set up and dismantle promotional booths and display stands during events and campaigns.
Market Expansion and Brand Promotion
The role involves participating in activities such as:
Product sampling campaigns.
In-store demonstrations.
Exhibitions and trade fairs.
Community activations and roadshows.
Promotional events and awareness campaigns.
Additional responsibilities include:

Reporting and Market Intelligence
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Record daily sales transactions accurately.
Track inventory levels and product movement.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor customer preferences and market trends.
Collect competitor information, including pricing and promotional activities.
Provide recommendations for new products and marketing initiatives.
Logistics and Inventory Management
Key inventory-related duties include:
Ensuring timely product replenishment at assigned sales points.
Keeping accurate records of promotional materials and product samples.
Preventing stock losses and maintaining accountability for inventory.
Team Collaboration
The Field Sales Officer will work closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations by:
Coordinating with commercialization, production, and operations teams.
Participating in team meetings and training programs.
Contributing ideas to improve customer experiences and sales performance.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess the following qualifications:
Educational Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales, promotions, customer service, or related roles.
Previous experience in the food industry, FMCG sector, or social enterprises is highly desirable.
Experience in grassroots marketing, retail sales, or working with community groups is an added advantage.
Technical Skills
Candidates should demonstrate:
Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
