What You'll Do
As a Mathematics and Physics teacher at LIS, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students of different ages and abilities.
You will develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of your students, ensuring they achieve academic excellence in Mathematics and Physics.
You will assess student progress, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement, working closely with colleagues to develop strategies for student support.
You will contribute to the development of the school's curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant, challenging, and aligned with the British National Curriculum.
You will participate in extracurricular activities, trips, and events that broaden the experience of school for our students and enrich their learning of academic and social skills.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong passion for teaching and learning, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field, with a valid Teachers Service Commission (TSC) registration.
You will have at least 5 years of teaching experience in Mathematics and Physics, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality lessons and achieving excellent student outcomes.
You will be experienced in teaching IGCSE and A-Level, with a deep understanding of curriculum development and assessment.
You will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to the development of the school community.
