Key Responsibilities
Regional Market Expansion
The successful candidate will:
Drive regional market expansion initiatives across Kenya.

Merchant Acquisition and Relationship Management
Key duties include:
Recruit, onboard, and manage merchant partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and key stakeholders.
Strengthen strategic partnerships that support business growth.
Ensure merchant satisfaction through continuous engagement and support.
Customer Acquisition and Revenue Growth
Responsibilities include:
Increase customer acquisition and product adoption across assigned regions.
Develop initiatives that drive customer engagement and retention.
Achieve and exceed regional sales and revenue targets.
Monitor business performance and implement corrective measures where necessary.
Market Intelligence and Reporting
The Regional Business Development Manager will:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Gather market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare regular business performance reports and market analysis reports.
Provide recommendations to improve market penetration and competitiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Qualifications and Experience

Professional Experience
