Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Monitor vital signs and clinical indicators to support timely interventions

Support the implementation of evidence-based nursing practices
Healthcare Team Collaboration
Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and allied healthcare professionals
Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and patient care discussions
Contribute to the development and implementation of effective treatment plans
Coordinate patient care activities to ensure continuity and quality outcomes
Maintain effective communication with healthcare teams and stakeholders
Infection Prevention and Patient Safety
Follow infection prevention and control protocols at all times
Ensure compliance with healthcare safety standards and guidelines

Patient and Family Education
Explain treatment procedures and healthcare plans to patients and their families
Provide education on medications, recovery processes, and self-care practices
Deliver post-discharge instructions and health management guidance
Encourage patient participation in care decisions and recovery planning
Offer emotional support and reassurance throughout the treatment process

Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should possess:
Education and Licensing
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not mandatory
Valid nursing license in the home country
Eligibility for nursing licensure requirements where applicable
Professional Experience
Minimum of 1–2 years of acute care nursing experience
Experience in healthcare institutions with a capacity of 80 beds or more
Background in ICU, Emergency Room (ER), Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, or related specialties is an advantage
Demonstrated ability to provide quality patient care in clinical environments
Language and Communication
Proficiency in English communication
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Willingness to complete required language proficiency assessments if necessary
