About the Role

The Sales & Marketing Officer will be responsible for promoting the organization's services, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting customer acquisition efforts.

This role requires an independent professional who can combine sales expertise with business management skills to help achieve organizational objectives and expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Marketing and Promotion

  • Promote the company's products and services through various marketing channels.

  • Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular communication with clients.

  • Provide information about products and services.

  • Address customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Educational Requirements

Candidates should possess one of the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BSc)

  • Higher National Diploma (HND)

  • Ordinary National Diploma (OND)

  • Equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Experience Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

  • Experience promoting products or services to customers.

  • Knowledge of customer acquisition and relationship management techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary
