Key Responsibilities
Workforce Planning and Resourcing
The successful candidate will:
Lead recruitment activities for warehouse and site-based positions.
Coordinate hiring processes with internal HR teams, hiring managers, and outsourced labor providers.
Align manpower planning with operational requirements, productivity goals, and budgets.
Support succession planning initiatives for critical operational roles.
HR Operations and Compliance
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures across the employee lifecycle.
Managing recruitment, onboarding, confirmations, training, disciplinary processes, and employee exits.
Monitoring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal controls.
Acting as the primary contact for HR audits and compliance reviews.
Employee Lifecycle Management
The role involves:
Coordinating employee induction and orientation programs.
Facilitating employee access to systems and organizational resources.
Managing separation processes, clearance procedures, and exit documentation.
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Attendance, Leave, and Workforce Utilization
The Senior HR Officer will:
Monitor employee attendance, absenteeism, and leave utilization.
Ensure workforce availability aligns with operational targets.
Support payroll processing through accurate attendance reporting.
Manage leave planning and monitor leave liability levels.
Outsourced Workforce and Vendor Management
Key duties include:
Coordinating outsourced labor providers to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Verifying labor invoices against attendance records and approved rates.
Monitoring vendor performance against agreed service standards.
Conducting periodic performance evaluations for outsourced service providers.
Employee Relations and Industrial Relations
Responsibilities include:
Handling disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.
Managing employee grievances and dispute resolution processes.
Supporting disciplinary investigations and corrective action procedures.
Participating in industrial relations forums and employee engagement initiatives.
Promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.
Health, Safety, and Employee Wellbeing
The successful candidate will:
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Promote employee wellbeing and workplace safety initiatives.
Collaborate with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) teams on corrective actions and compliance requirements.
Foster a culture of safety throughout the site.
HR Reporting and Analytics
The role requires regular reporting on key HR metrics, including:
Workforce numbers and utilization.
Employee turnover and attrition trends.
Leave and absenteeism analysis.
Training, disciplinary, and employee engagement statistics.
The Senior HR Officer will provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
HR Administration and Site Support
Additional responsibilities include:
Managing daily HR and administrative operations at the site.
Responding to employee queries in a timely manner.
Maintaining proper documentation and statutory records.
Coordinating administrative support activities, including staff welfare initiatives.
Participating in site meetings and ensuring action items are implemented.
People Leadership and Team Development
The role also involves:
Leading and developing the site HR team.
Delegating operational responsibilities while maintaining accountability.
Building HR capability to support a high-volume operation.

Educational Requirements
Applicants should possess:
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent discipline.
Professional Qualifications
Candidates must have:
A valid CHRP (Certified Human Resource Professional) certification.
Membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
Experience Requirements
Candidates should have:
A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
At least 3 years of experience serving as a Senior HR Officer or in a similar leadership role.
Proven experience managing large outsourced workforces in:
