About the Role
The Store Keeper will oversee daily inventory activities, ensuring products are properly received, stored, recorded, and distributed. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate stock records.
Candidates should have experience working in a retail, warehouse, or inventory management environment and be comfortable using inventory systems and Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
Track stock levels and ensure product availability.
Conduct routine stock checks and inventory verification exercises.
Identify discrepancies and support inventory reconciliation processes.
Receiving and Processing Goods
Receive incoming products and verify quantities against delivery documentation.
Unload, inspect, label, and properly store products.
Ensure all stock is accurately recorded in inventory systems.
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items promptly.
Order Fulfillment
Prepare customer and internal orders according to schedule.
Coordinate product dispatch and collection activities.
Ensure orders are picked accurately and delivered on time.
Support efficient movement of goods within the warehouse or store.
Store Operations
Oversee day-to-day storekeeping activities.
Maintain proper storage conditions for products.
Ensure products are arranged systematically for easy access and retrieval.
Support smooth warehouse and inventory operations.
Stock Replenishment
Monitor inventory levels and identify low-stock items.
Assist in planning replenishment requirements.
Coordinate with supervisors regarding stock replacement needs.
Help prevent stock shortages and overstock situations.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with supervisors, sales teams, and colleagues.
Communicate inventory updates and operational concerns effectively.

Store Maintenance and Organization
