Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be expected to:
Business Development and Sales
Identify and acquire new clients for visa processing, flight ticketing, hotel reservations, and travel packages.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, and digital marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Source and secure corporate travel accounts and strategic partnerships.
Identify emerging market opportunities and recommend growth strategies.
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
Deliver outstanding customer service and after-sales support to encourage repeat business.
Travel Advisory and Customer Support
Advise clients on travel destinations, visa requirements, and available travel packages.
Prepare customized travel solutions based on client preferences and budgets.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and travel itineraries.
Assist customers with selecting suitable travel products and services.
Sales Performance and Reporting
Negotiate and close sales opportunities to achieve revenue goals.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Submit regular sales reports, customer feedback, and market intelligence to management.
Educational Requirements
Candidates should possess:
A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
Sales
Marketing
Tourism Management
Business Administration
Or a related field
Experience Requirements
Applicants should have:
Between 2 and 5 years of professional experience in sales or business development.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience within the travel industry.
Previous experience in travel sales, visa consultancy, hotel reservations, or ticketing will be an added advantage.
