Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable Management
Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices.
Prepare payment vouchers and support payment processing.
Record supplier invoices and receipts in accounting systems.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Maintain accurate accounts payable records.
Accounts Receivable Management
Prepare and issue customer invoices.
Record customer payments accurately.
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records.
Financial Transaction Processing
Record cash receipts and payments.
Ensure all transactions are captured accurately in accounting systems.

Bank Reconciliation
Perform regular bank reconciliations.

Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Candidates should possess:
A Diploma, Higher National Diploma (HND), Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in:

Or a related field
Experience Requirements

Between 1 and 3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or related roles.
