What You'll Do

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and minimizing outstanding balances.

  • You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective strategies to optimize revenue cycle management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance companies, and corporate accounts, ensuring prompt payment and resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insightful recommendations to the management team to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Utilize hospital billing systems and HMIS to manage accounts receivable, process payments, and maintain accurate records.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in accounting and finance, with a degree in Accounting or Finance, and a professional certification such as CPA (K) or ACCA Finalist.

  • You should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts receivable, preferably within a healthcare or hospital environment, with a deep understanding of medical insurance billing processes and revenue cycle management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential, as well as knowledge of hospital billing systems and HMIS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills, are required to succeed in this role.
