What You'll Do

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing relationships with travel partners, and expanding Triply's footprint across key markets.

  • You will identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across hotels, tour operators, airlines, and corporate travel clients, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and revenue.
  • You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from discovery calls and demos to proposals, negotiations, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for our partners and delivering exceptional results.
  • You will build and manage a healthy pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
  • You will develop deep knowledge of Triply's platform to deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations that meet the unique needs of our partners.
  • You will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to relay market feedback and identify new growth opportunities, driving innovation and excellence in everything we do.
  • You will meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets, consistently demonstrating your ability to perform under pressure and achieve outstanding results.
  • You will onboard new partners smoothly, working with the customer success team to drive activation and retention, and ensuring long-term success for our partners.
  • You will represent Triply at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums, showcasing our brand and building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.
  • You will prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for the sales leadership team, providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform our sales strategy.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional who is passionate about driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

  • You should have 5-7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in travel, hospitality, SaaS, or a related industry, with a proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and earn trust with our partners and stakeholders.
  • You should have experience managing a full sales cycle from lead generation to close, with a deep understanding of CRM platforms and data-driven sales processes.
  • You should be a self-starter with a strong mentality, able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing circumstances with ease.
  • You should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong foundation in sales principles and practices.
