What You'll Do
In this position you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive occupational therapy services and supporting public‑health initiatives.
- Evaluate each client’s functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and adjust interventions as progress is made.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, capture relevant data, and contribute information for operational research within the health department.
- Lead community‑outreach activities that raise awareness about occupational therapy, and compile periodic reports on outreach outcomes.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the County Health Department that support the overall mission of delivering quality health care.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills.
- A recognised Diploma in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- A certificate in computer applications demonstrating basic IT proficiency.
- A valid practising licence and registration with the relevant professional body.
- Strong communication abilities to engage with patients, families, and community members effectively.
