What You'll Do

In this capacity you will be responsible for a range of imaging and patient‑care activities, including:

• Greeting patients, confirming their identity, and preparing them for diagnostic or therapeutic radiography procedures.
• Performing basic radiographic examinations while adhering to radiation safety protocols for patients, staff, and the public.
• Recording, verifying, and securely storing patient information and imaging results.
• Providing clear explanations, emotional support, and counseling to patients and their guardians before, during, and after each examination.
• Conducting routine quality‑control checks on imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborating with the County Health Department on any additional duties related to radiographic services.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A diploma in Radiography, Medical Imaging Sciences, or an equivalent credential awarded by a recognized institution.
• A certificate in computer applications from an accredited training provider.
• Current registration with the appropriate regulatory body and a valid practising licence.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
