What You'll Do

In this position you will be responsible for a wide range of sales and business development activities that drive growth for the branch.

  • Proactively seek out and secure new clientele by conducting field sales and business development initiatives.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers to increase revenue.
  • Market new product offerings and raise awareness of the firm’s services among target audiences.
  • Recruit and integrate new customers within the designated branch territory.
  • Implement marketing activities such as staff engagement events, garage programmes, in‑store promotions, trade exhibitions, and product launches.
  • Perform regular visits to client locations to assess needs and propose suitable sales solutions.
  • Respond swiftly to customer queries, delivering high‑quality service and support.
  • Assist the branch’s retail team in meeting sales objectives and acquiring new accounts.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with local businesses to improve market reach.
  • Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets to enhance branch profitability.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to boost sales performance and improve the customer experience.
  • Roll out branch‑specific marketing campaigns and promotional events.
  • Prepare and follow weekly and monthly sales plans.
  • Keep precise records of customers and sales activities using the company’s Zendesk Sell CRM system.
  • Gather market intelligence by tracking competitor actions, customer trends, and new opportunities, and produce actionable reports.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of education, experience, and personal drive to excel in this role.

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree or diploma in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Possesses one to two years of demonstrable experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Demonstrates strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building capabilities.
  • Communicates clearly and interacts effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Is self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Is proficient in using CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office suite.
