What You'll Do

In this role you will be the engine that fuels Solvo’s sales pipeline by generating and qualifying new business opportunities.

  • Conduct high‑volume outbound outreach using phone calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging to engage potential clients.
  • Design and execute multi‑channel prospecting strategies that align with Solvo’s target market.
  • Evaluate leads against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to ensure only the most promising prospects move forward.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the company CRM, documenting interactions and outcomes.
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity metrics and conversion targets set by the sales leadership.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to hand over qualified opportunities, ensuring a seamless transition and continued momentum.

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will combine proven outbound sales experience with strong communication skills and a data‑driven approach.

  • At least two years of experience in a sales development, call‑center, or outbound sales role.
  • Hands‑on familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo.
  • Fluent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent persuasive communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport quickly.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a high‑activity, fast‑paced environment.
