About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

The successful candidate will:

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.

  • Prepare quotations and follow through until sales are completed.

  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

  • Promote the company's POS and ERP software solutions to prospective clients.

Customer Demonstrations and Training

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct professional software demonstrations and presentations.

  • Train customers on the effective use of POS and ERP systems.

  • Support user onboarding and software adoption.

  • Deliver first-level customer support after implementation.

Software Implementation Support

The role also involves:

  • Assisting clients with software setup and configuration.

  • Visiting customer sites for installation support and user training.

  • Providing after-sales technical assistance.

  • Ensuring customers receive a smooth implementation experience.

Customer Relationship Management

The ideal candidate will:

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
